I hope this message will find resonance within 🌞 In a world obsessed with manifestation, visualization, self-love and self-trust, we sometimes forget something essential. When the ego takes the lead, we place the self on the throne and call it God. We believe we can choose everything. Not that life is fully predetermined but the spiritual path asks us to become learners again. It asks for faith. For patience. For humility. It’s not about becoming a “better version” of yourself. It’s about gently removing the layers, ego, trauma, conditioning…until what remains is love, is presence. Travel will set you free. I have traveled to many Travel will set you free. I have traveled to many countries, but I have never been as deeply transformed by any place as I was in India and Nepal, in the Himalayas. We say we are going on a journey, but soon it is the journey itself that shapes us. I never imagined I was this woman I discovered while traveling solo. It unlocked so many of my limitations and beliefs about who I thought I was. I wish for all of us to break free from fear and to meet ourselves at the deepest level. At some point, travel becomes mostly an inner journey, one that has the power to transform you completely. It is about trust, surrender, and having the courage to follow our hearts and intuition, rather than constantly rationalizing everything with the mind. Guru comes from Sanskrit: gu (darkness) + ru (that Guru comes from Sanskrit: gu (darkness) + ru (that which removes). The one who dispels inner darkness. A true guru seeks only one thing: your freedom. He does not manipulate. He does not need followers. He does not collect devotees. If a so-called guru is more concerned with gathering people than with setting them free, that is something to question. A true guru wants nothing from you. And yet, sometimes, walking with him will ask everything you thought you were so that real learning can begin. He does not need you. He stands, steady and silent, like a lighthouse for a lost boat, dispelling darkness without ever chasing the sea. A spiritual guide who leads the seeker from ignorance to awakening. A guru is love itself. To walk the path under the light of a guru is one of the most beautiful blessings. It asks you to become a learner, humble, empty, willing to admit you do not know. I am happy today to give you a glimpse of my under I am happy today to give you a glimpse of my understanding of Sītā’s last choice in the Rāmāyaṇa. I always felt closed to her, and I often refrained myself to open up about Hindu Mythology as if as a non Indian I couldn’t say anything about it. I was for sure Indian in some of my past lives and I have been exploring India since 15 years now. India is for me an endless source of learning and inspiration 🪷 Sītā’s last teaching was not silence, but dignity. Asked once again to prove her purity, she chose not obedience but truth. Rāma placed his role as king (rājadharma) above his role as husband. He listened to gossip, even knowing Sītā was innocent. That wasn’t Rāma who doubted Sītā purity and dignity but the society. I feel she could have been supported by the people around her especially from her Beloved. He was just not perhaps enough rebellious to stand with the truth. Sītā disagreed with a world where private life must be sacrificed for public approval. Balancing dharma without love is not justice. All her life, she endured false accusations. Until one final act of self-respect. She had forgiven Rāma long ago, because love’s deepest face is compassion (karuṇā). Not measured. Not negotiated. Like the ocean vast and boundless. 🌊 By returning to Bhūmi Devī (Mother Earth), Sītā reclaimed her destiny. Not as a victim but as Śakti. A reminder: You do not have to prove your dignity.
